Overall warm apartment, I came here with family. It was great near by the pubic transport. Very nice and really kind staff, made the stay really great. Clean, incredible room, free Wi-Fi was available too.

Though beds were very firm, we really enjoyed the stay here. It was in a great place.

I got amazing value for my money at Sun Bright Shinagawa. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oimachi station, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in early.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in with the iPad struggling to recognize our passport pictures, but the location of Sun Bright Shinagawa made up for it. It's conveniently located near the train station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus, the room was clean and we had a peaceful night's sleep.

The location was perfect, with restaurants nearby where I could order online even late at night. The room was like a cozy, comfortable little apartment with a small kitchen, washing machine, and even a bathroom clothes dryer system. The staff were very friendly and the check-in process was easy. The best part was the excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to the JR Oimachi Station, surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it super convenient.
